Description:
The Entrepreneurship Program seeks a dynamic student leader to drive our signature events and elevate student engagement at the prestigious Larry H. & Gail Miller Center for Entrepreneurship. As the recruitment coordinator, you'll shape the entrepreneurial culture on campus while managing high-impact initiatives that connect students with innovation opportunities. This position offers a perfect blend of creative leadership, event management, and strategic outreach responsibilities for ambitious students looking to develop professional skills while making a meaningful impact on our entrepreneurial network.
Responsibilities:
- Student recruitment and center engagement.
- Organize and plan two entrepreneur outreach events a year. (one a semester).
- Organize Entrepreneurship Student Recruitment across campus
- Assist in Entrepreneurship competitions for high school, university students and community.
- Assist in the scheduling and logistics surrounding on-campus visitors.
- Assist in tracking performance indicators for the Entrepreneurship program.
- Other duties as assigned by the Director and Assistant Director of Entrepreneurship, and Entrepreneur in Residence. Pay $12

Time Commitment
- 15-20 hours per week during academic terms
- Some evening availability is required for events
- Minimum one-year commitment preferred

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Must be able to multitask.
- Having a creative, "think outside the box" attitude.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work well individually or collaboratively.
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Strong interest in entrepreneurship and innovation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience in student organizations or similar settings
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Must be available to attend weekly team meetings
- Must be knowledgeable in Google Suite, Excel, and Word
- Must be comfortable talking with people
Candidates must be self-motivated student leaders who embody an entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to serve as Entrepreneurship Ambassadors, regardless of title. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, thrive independently and in team settings, and maintain unwavering professionalism in their appearance and representation of our program. Our ambassadors must be creative problem-solvers who can fulfill weekly commitments reliably while bringing fresh ideas to help grow and strengthen our entrepreneurship initiatives. Successful candidates will demonstrate enthusiasm and positive energy when speaking about our program, inspiring others through their leadership and dedication to fostering an innovative entrepreneurial community on campus.
